This channel has dozens of clips - workouts, posing, diet tips, model shoots - showing his early training and development. Best check them out yourself, but here's one we like, with a home workout (including a cameo of Jed's tortoise around 3:15!) - proving you don't need a gym or fancy equipment to get started.
